Christopher C. Hanks is the Director of the Coles College of Business Entrepreneurship Program at Kennesaw State University, where he acts as a strong and popular advocate for entrepreneurship and works tirelessly to help students discover their inner entrepreneurial mindset.
Before assuming that role, Chris ran the Entrepreneurship Program at UGA’s Terry College of Business, and owned a string of successful businesses ranging from the music scene and e-commerce to publishing and global exports. He is also the co-author of a best-selling book on low risk entrepreneurship. He earned a BBA in risk management from the University of Georgia and an MBA in finance from San Jose State University.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family and is active with his son’s Boy Scouts troop. He never misses an opportunity to advocate for the empowering benefits of entrepreneurship, and looks forward to another great season of football games in Athens.
