Before becoming Education Lead at MailChimp where he utilizes his advanced Human Resources skills, Matt served as Director of People Operations at King of Pops, where he helped make sure motivated, happy employees served high-quality, refreshing popsicles to appreciative customers.
Matt holds a Six Sigma Black Belt (watch out!), and graduated from UGA’s Terry College of Business. He went on to earn a Masters in Education with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development.
Matt loves popsicles (who doesn’t), connecting with people, and helping lead teams.
