Workshop Tour

Building on the success of our popular annual marketing conferences, SoundBoard is now planning a national 10+ city tour featuring day-long workshops specifically tailored for small business owners. 

We are still setting the schedule, but we’re excited to share a list of some of the front-runners: Charleston, Seattle, Denver, Austin, Chattanooga, VA Beach, and other great cities across the country.

Our hope is to reach a bit beyond heavily-served markets like New York, Boston, and LA, in order to help our sponsors expand their brand reach into new territories. However, we obviously do not plan to avoid larger markets entirely.

What To Expect

Our conferences have always focused on bringing together the best of the best in the industry to explore new trends and best practices in marketing. Our new workshop tour will have a similar approach but will be more focused on small businesses in terms of content and promotional campaigns. 

Workshop sessions will cover important marketing concepts, provide demos on great tools available to businesses, and much more. Attendees will walk away with actionable insights as well as links to helpful resources and powerful tools (like yours!) that help improve their marketing efforts.

Workshop Audiences

Initially, these workshops will be designed for smaller audiences. We plan to limit attendance to approximately 25-50 individuals per location. However, the event page with our sponsor logos will be heavily promoted in each market well beyond the doors of the room on the day of each event.

If we quickly sell out capacity then we will promote a wait-list in order to continue our online promotional efforts and possibly expand capacity as necessary.

Brand Exposure

SoundBoard sessions are not meant to be product showcases, so our sponsors shouldn’t necessarily expect to have their product featured or explcitly mentioned during a session. Of course, we will take a moment to explicitly mention and thank our sponsors during the event at some point. 

Sponsors will also be included in our list of resources, as will any promotional offer codes they wish to share. Our conference speakers have often used this approach at our events to convert highly qualified leads into valuable long-term customer relationships.

Sponsorship Benefits

Event sponsorship is currently offered at a single tier and is priced at $2,500 per event. Sponsor spaces will be limited. Volume discounts are available for brands wishing to sponsor more than one event in more than one city.
